倉(cāng)頂除塵器把揚(yáng)塵吸入箱體底部，通過(guò)濾袋進(jìn)行過(guò)濾，過(guò)濾后的空氣被風(fēng)機(jī)排向室外，而粉塵則被濾袋截留，當(dāng)粉塵在濾袋外表面形成粉層后，定時(shí)抖動(dòng)濾讓表面的粉層降落在除塵器下方的料倉(cāng)內(nèi)。

倉(cāng)頂除塵器工作時(shí)，含塵氣體由下部敞開(kāi)式法蘭進(jìn)入過(guò)濾室，較粗顆粒直接落入灰倉(cāng)，含塵氣體經(jīng)濾袋過(guò)濾，粉塵阻留于袋表，凈氣經(jīng)袋口到凈氣室，由風(fēng)機(jī)排入大氣。當(dāng)濾袋外表的粉塵不時(shí)增加，除塵控制儀開(kāi)啟工作，逐一開(kāi)啟脈沖閥，使緊縮空氣經(jīng)過(guò)噴口對(duì)濾袋停止噴吹清灰，使濾袋忽然收縮，在反向氣流的作用下，賦予袋表的粉塵疾速脫離濾袋落入灰倉(cāng)，粉塵由卸灰閥排出。利用高速?lài)娚錃饬魍ㄟ^(guò)濾袋頂時(shí)，吹向?yàn)V袋內(nèi)部，形成空氣波，使濾袋由上向下產(chǎn)生急劇的膨脹和沖擊振動(dòng)，產(chǎn)生有力的的清落粉塵的作用。脈沖清灰作用較強(qiáng)，清灰效果較好，可提高過(guò)濾風(fēng)速。脈沖清灰是目前清灰效果比較好的清灰方式。

When the top dust collector is working, the dusty gas enters the filter chamber through the open flange at the bottom, and the coarser particles directly fall into the ash bin. The dusty gas is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust is trapped on the bag surface. The clean gas is then transported to the clean gas chamber through the bag mouth and discharged into the atmosphere by a fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases from time to time, the dust removal control device starts working and opens the pulse valves one by one, causing compressed air to pass through the nozzle and stop spraying clean dust on the filter bag, causing the filter bag to suddenly shrink. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust on the bag surface quickly separates from the filter bag and falls into the ash bin, and the dust is discharged by the ash discharge valve. When high-speed jet airflow passes through the top of the filter bag, it blows towards the inside of the filter bag, forming an air wave that causes the filter bag to rapidly expand and vibrate from top to bottom, producing a powerful effect on dust removal. The pulse cleaning effect is strong, and the cleaning effect is good, which can improve the filtering wind speed. Pulse cleaning is currently the most effective cleaning method for dust removal.
