But over time, there may also be some problems, such as oil leakage after refueling during maintenance. Let's understand: due to the excessive use of lubricating grease, it will leak from the output shaft, which does not affect use. However, the gearbox is already filled with oil when it leaves the factory. If there is not much leakage, a slight leakage will not affect use, and there is no need to worry about oil leakage and equipment damage. Of course, oil leakage may be due to the presence of air holes and sand holes in the casting itself, which is unlikely to occur, or damage to the sealing rubber ring.

旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器工作時，有時候會出現(xiàn)供料器軸承發(fā)熱的情況，原因如下：旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器旋轉(zhuǎn)不暢的各項原因均能導致發(fā)熱，應分別處理：內(nèi)有雜質(zhì)，要及時清理。軸的裝配間隙過小，也會造成軸承發(fā)熱，重新加以調(diào)整修配。工作環(huán)境溫度過高、油箱容積小、散熱不良，都會使軸承發(fā)熱。

The reasons are as follows: various reasons for poor rotation of the rotary feeder can cause heating, and they should be treated separately: impurities inside should be cleaned in a timely manner. If the assembly clearance of the shaft is too small, it can also cause the bearing to heat up, so it needs to be adjusted and repaired again. High working environment temperature, small oil tank volume, and poor heat dissipation can all cause bearing heating.

直連式供料器與電動機聯(lián)軸器的同軸度差，同軸度應保證在0.1mm以內(nèi)，現(xiàn)供料器大都采用鏈條式傳動。旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器內(nèi)零件沒有消磁。裝配前所有零件必須消磁處理。還有就是裝配有誤都會造成。

The coaxiality between the directly connected feeder and the motor coupling is poor, and the coaxiality should be ensured to be within 0.1mm. Currently, most feeders use chain transmission. The parts inside the rotating feeder are not demagnetized. All parts must be demagnetized before assembly. Also, incorrect assembly can cause problems.
