羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)出現(xiàn)負(fù)壓時，應(yīng)針對其原因分別采取措施進(jìn)行處理。首先應(yīng)適當(dāng)減少氣量，以免高壓機(jī)入口抽成負(fù)壓，造成惡性事故，然后查明原因，分別處理，待處理正常后再加負(fù)荷。將氣量減少至低程度，必然時緊急停車，待煤氣系統(tǒng)處理正常，氣框有上升趨勢時，交換系統(tǒng)應(yīng)爭取時間開車。

羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)拆下進(jìn)口消音器，如果我們發(fā)現(xiàn)葉片凹凸不平，這種磨損是回體顆粒導(dǎo)致的，輸送的氣體中，如果存在大顆粒物質(zhì)，便會對羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)葉輪產(chǎn)生沖擊，造成葉片的磨損。
