1.雜音：出現(xiàn)這種現(xiàn)象的原因主要有三方面，一是轉(zhuǎn)子與側(cè)板之間滯留所輸送的粉粒物料；二是機(jī)殼與轉(zhuǎn)子間隙小造成其接觸；三是機(jī)殼內(nèi)表面有粉料附著、粉料物融化則轉(zhuǎn)子與機(jī)殼這間間隙消失。解決雜音現(xiàn)象的方法從側(cè)面絲堵部位進(jìn)行氣體沖洗；二是擴(kuò)大間隙、使其達(dá)到恰當(dāng)?shù)拈g隙；三是縮小轉(zhuǎn)子端面面積。

2.振動(dòng)：出現(xiàn)這種現(xiàn)象的原因主要是鏈條過緊，適當(dāng)松一下鏈條即可。

3.供料量不足：一是由于泄漏氣體的作用使粉粒物料下落受阻礙；二是粉粒體物料的容重不同于設(shè)計(jì)值。對于第一種故障采用抽氣措施即可解決；第二種提高轉(zhuǎn)速，使其達(dá)到適宜轉(zhuǎn)速。

3. Insufficient material supply: Firstly, due to the leakage of gas, the falling of powder particles is hindered; The second reason is that the bulk density of powder and granular materials is different from the design value. For the first type of malfunction, air extraction measures can be used to solve it; The second method is to increase the speed to reach the appropriate speed.

4.卡料：此故障主要由配管不當(dāng)、使機(jī)殼變形及溫度上升、超過間隙設(shè)計(jì)的溫度；解決方法是在供料器的正上方或正下方使用軟管；擴(kuò)大間隙使其達(dá)到適宜間隙。

4. Material jamming: This fault is mainly caused by improper piping, deformation of the casing and temperature rise, exceeding the temperature specified in the gap design; The solution is to use a hose directly above or below the feeder; Expand the gap to achieve the appropriate gap.
